• Clothing can be donated at one of our eighteen boutiques.

• Donation is not possible at our Bijenkorf shop-in-shops.

• All donated clothing must be wearable (i.e. no irreparable damages or permanent stains) and must bear the Vanilia label.

• All items will be inspected by our style advisor for wearability. Their decisions are final and are not open to discussion.  

• After making your donation, you will immediately receive a 10 euro discount on an item from our new collection.

• Alternatively, you can opt for a 10 euro gift card to spend at a later date or to give to a friend.

• This gift card is valid until 31 December 2022. 

• The gift card can be spent on one item from the new collection.

• It cannot be spent on accessories, garment care products, sale items or other gift cards.

• We will only issue one gift card per person, regardless of the amount of clothing donated. 

• Only one gift card can be redeemed per purchase. 

• The discount cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to sale items. 

 

• The gift card can only be spent once and cannot be used again if the item is returned. 

• When purchasing multiple items, the €10 discount will be applied as a percentage of the total sale.

• When redeeming the gift card online, use the unique code printed on the back to apply your discount.  

• The discount does not apply to previously purchased items.

 

• Online purchases can be returned within 14 days at one of our boutiques (free) or via PostNL (€5.95). 

• In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For exchanges, the discount is only valid if exchanged for the same item in a different colour or size.    

• Items purchased in the Bijenkorf cannot be returned to our boutiques and vice versa.

• Online orders of €50 or more are eligible for free delivery in the Netherlands. A delivery fee of €5.95 will apply to orders under €50. We also deliver abroad. Click here for more information about deliveries.   

• The Salvation Army will sell your donated items in one of its ReShare stores and all proceeds will go to the foundation.

• Vanilia is not liable for any printing or typesetting errors.
