You may have to reactivate your account. Please contact our Customer service team to re-activate your account.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to update this information yourself. Please e-mail your new details to cs@vanilia.com. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your new information has been processed. You can always enter an alternative delivery address when you place an order.
You can request a new password via this link. Enter your e-mail address and click ‘Forgot password?’ We will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don't receive this e-mail, you can reactivate your account on the same page.
You can log in on any device by clicking on the menu (double lines in the top left corner) and then on ‘My member account’. If logging in on a computer, you can also click on the person icon in the top right corner. This will take you to the login screen, where you can enter your personal login details to access your member account.
