*The Netherlands: the shipping rate is €5.95 for orders under €100. Belgium & Germany: the shipping rate is €7.95 for orders under €100.
We offer the following delivery options:
1. Delivery to your home address, an alternative address, or a company address: the delivery time is 1 to 3 business days*.
2. Click & Collect: pick up your order for free at a Vanilia boutique near you. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready in your boutique. The maximum delivery time is 7 business days*.
3. PostNL pick-up point: choose from more than 2,500 pick-up points. The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days*. Use your PostNL Track & Trace code and make sure your selected pick-up point is open.
If the selected delivery time is not convenient for you, choose where and when you would like to receive your parcel. You can do this before the first delivery attempt by PostNL. Never miss another delivery! Change your delivery time here.
If you are not home, PostNL will attempt to deliver your parcel to your neighbours so you can collect it the same day. If this is not possible, PostNL will leave a note and the parcel will be taken to a PostNL location, where it will be kept for 7 days. This also applies if you chose to collect your order from a PostNL pick-up point. If the parcel has not been collected within 7 days, it will be returned to Vanilia.
In case your order is designated for shipment to countries outside Europe, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (that’s probably you!). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
As of March 2016, into the USA there are no import fees on packages from the EU with a value below $800,00. In the past this was $200,00, so this is a significant increase.
The United Kingdom (UK) left the European Union (EU) on January 31, 2020. We're still able to ship to the UK but, as of January 2021, a customs declaration must be submitted for your shipment. Any import duties and VAT on import are also calculated by means of this declaration. This can lead to additional costs for you. You can read all about it here.

For international deliveries, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically at check-out.
All packages shipped are shipped with DHL or PostNL. See below for shipping costs and delivery time of your package. This is the amount of business days from the moment that the carrier has collected the package. Please note that this is merely an indication. Is your country missing? Immediately after you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation. As soon as your parcel has been collected by PostNL, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. You can check the status of your delivery here by entering your Track & Trace code.

As soon as you receive your order confirmation, we will begin processing your purchase. When your order is ready for delivery, we will send you an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. You can expect to receive your parcel within a few days.

Yes, you can. Please contact us by phone to change your delivery details. Once you receive a Track & Trace code, you will not be able to edit your delivery information.
Some orders are delivered in batches, although we do our best to avoid this. Given that our boutiques also prepare online orders, it’s possible that your entire order has to come from different boutiques. As soon as the second part of your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. It is also possible to pre-order items that are not yet available. These items have a longer delivery time, as stated on the product page. In this case, we will ship the items that are in stock, instead of waiting for the pre-order to be available.
The item you ordered may not be in stock at your selected boutique, which means it has to be sent from another boutique. We will contact you as soon as the selected boutique has received your items.
