About Hoorn

The Vanilia boutique in Hoorn is housed in two historic shops on Grote Noord. While the buildings are connected on the inside, the two original facades can still be seen on the outside. This stepped-gable building was once the home of celebrated architect and Hoorn native, Adrianus Bleijs, as evidenced by the 1850 gable stone featuring carpentry tools.
