Member vouchers, store credits, gift cards, and digital gift cards can be redeemed in our boutiques and online. When shopping at one of our boutiques, you can redeem your member voucher or in-shop credit by scanning your member card during check-out. You can also redeem vouchers and credits when shopping online by copy-pasting the discount code at check-out. Gift cards can be redeemed by manually entering the 14-digit code in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’. You can reveal the last four digits by scratching off the grey box on the gift card. Digital gift cards are only available in our online store. You will receive your digital gift card by e-mail immediately after purchase and you can then forward it to your recipient Enter the digital gift card code in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’. After returning an order, all member vouchers and store credits will be reactivated and linked to the associated e-mail address.
All online transactions at www.vanilia.com are secured by the Mollie payment system. All information exchanged for payment purposes is coded using the SSL protocol. This information can never be traced, accessed, or used by third parties and is not stored in our computer systems.
You can also choose to pay later with Klarna. Once we have packed your order, you will have 14 days to pay for it. This gives you time to try the garments on at home and only keep what you like. If you have any questions about Klarna payments, please contact Klarna’s customer service department. Our exchange service also extends to orders paid for with Klarna.
1. I forget to use my gift card. Can it still be redeemed?
Absolutely. E-mail your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deduct the voucher amount from your subtotal. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when it has been processed.
2. I would like to return/exchange an item, but I already received an invoice from Klarna. What do I do?
Register your return in the Klarna app to temporarily pause your payment. As soon as we have processed your return, Klarna will transfer the amount to your bank account.
3. I would like to return my order but I already paid the Klarna invoice. Can I still get a refund?
Yes. As soon as we have processed your return, Klarna will refund the purchase price.
